Headed east to the London Aquatics Centre today in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
What an inspiring venue. Under the diving platforms, that Olympians used to vie for medals and is the home of the Tom Daley Diving Academy, a floatfit class took place.
The light pouring in through the windows and the five metre deep, bright blue pool created a beautiful setting.
And there were grins and laughter all round
even the pigeon scarer was probably watching from on high distracted from his job
